How we met

Surfing through one of the social media pages, I kept coming across her page and then found out we had so many mutual friends. This created curiosity and I sent a friend request. I sent some follow-up message to her majesty wondering why she was taking decades to respond to a friendly harmless message. I developed interest in her, having found out we shared certain similar values, up bringing and the fact that she is a very smart hard-working young lady. We became very close friends and still enjoying that friendship till date. Thank you for being part of our love story...see you on Oct.10th 2025.

I accepted the friends request which came with a message but took time to respond. Seeing his multiple strings of messages, I just had to respond then we got talking and built a good friendship. I eventually felt free talking with him which made it beautiful because we both felt like we had known each other for years. We could talk about any and everything. Despite his busy schedule he always had time for me. He became my counsellor in my most trying times. This beautiful friendship blossomed into a healthy strong relationship and we are excited to work the path of life together fulfilling God's mandate and agenda for our life. He proposed, I said yes

Paul proposed to me on the 24th of April 2024. My baby is a very deliberate man. We had dated for some years and we already realized after all the hurdles we overcame that we were made for each other but I never knew why he took his time to propose. I later realized when he got down on his knees...Lol. In 2023 he asked me to get a Schengen visa because he wanted us to go to Paris but I was so reluctant; I felt it was a waste of money instead, I wanted us to go to Nigeria which we did, fast forward to 2024 I decided that instead of Schengen we should make a trip to a country that required no visa and we went to Montenegro not so flashy but beautiful.

It was my first time out of the UK so I was so excited. My deliberate man made me enjoy my holiday and waited till a day before we travel back to UK to pop the question. He tried his best to get me to do my nails but it did not happen. I did not suspect anything because he always tries to get me to do my nails. He did not give up, he decided to buy the nail polish and polish it for me🥰…then we took a walk that evening and he suggested we go into a restaurant we had not visited since we came. I did not know he had already made plans, It was such a special private moment for both of us. At that moment, I realised he really wanted it to be special and I had unknowingly frustrated the effort for a whole year but finally it happened and the beauty of my ring made me happier 😂🥰
